Investing
When it comes to investing, I’m taking the real estate play every time. It’s a real asset that you can touch, feel, and see. It generates income that I can leverage for other investments just to name a few advantages. A lot of people are asking what’s a better investment – real estate or Bitcoin? I believe cryptocurrency will make it at some point, but it’s not there yet.

Real Estate VS Cryptocurrency:

Real Estate:
Real asset
Long-term investment
Generates income
Leverage
Wait for capital appreciation

Cryptocurrency:
Long-term speculation
Doesn’t pay monthly
Digital ledger
Hope of capital appreciation

When you’re ready to make your first investment, invest in something real that follows the first two rules of investing:

1. Never lose money.
2. Never lose money.
